Be ready with all the ingredients mentioned. Boil the chicken, green peas and mince it. Grate or chop the garlic and ginger. Keep them aside.
In a bowl, add water, flour, salt, baking powder and mix them well till you get stiff dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Take a wok/large pan and heat a tablespoon of oil. Add chopped green/red chilli, onions, chopped ginger and garlic. After 4-5 minutes, add the boiled minced chicken and peas and mix well till combined. Add soy sauce, salt and black pepper.
